“Tim Disalvo has now completed 4 different projects for us. The largest and most extensive was our kitchen. He has also done all 3 of our in-house bathrooms (we have 2 more in exterior buildings), an intricate work over of a curved ceiling where there had been water damage from a burst pipe, a 3rd floor playroom and most recently, a downstairs bathroom. We live in a house built in 1925 that comes with crooked floors, plaster walls, wall cracks etc. Tim and his crew take all of this in stride and are able to retain the craftsman charm while modernizing the use. His attention to detail is fantastic. His foreman was terrific at solving problems and managing the construction schedule. This has been our experience with each subsequent job; in fact, we don’t even call anyone else for a bid, we just call Tim! “John and I could not have asked for more from Tim and his team during our remodel and addition. From the moment Tim started on our project, there was near constant progress. The communication really couldn’t have been better. Tim listened to everything we asked for and did an amazing job, part of which involved guiding us in the right direction regarding the myriad decisions that inevitably arise. The quality of Tim’s work is phenomenal. Tim’s subcontractors clearly took pride in the craftsmanship of what they were doing and the attitude with which they did it. We never got the feeling that it was just another job for any of them. Tim gave specials attention to so many details that make our home a truly special place for us. As an example, the task of tying in the addition seamlessly was difficult given the impossibility of finding new brick to match the original which had many color variations. We thought we were going to have to live with something sub optimal, or maybe paint all the brick. Instead, we returned home one day to find literally a thousand new bricks spread over the slab of the addition, all painted in the same colors and in the same proportions as in the original brick. The masons then feathered the painted brick in with the rest to make a seamless match with the original construction. Without a blueprint, one cannot tell the original structure from the new. Tim Disalvo made our home project a wonderful experience. We cannot recommend him highly enough.”
